FECO’s mandates for international consultancy and services derived from its core businesses in its long history of international cooperation. We have been seeing consistently the needs from both the government and the enterprises for advanced environmentally sound technologies, the policies, the information, as well as the expertise to assist them to behave environmentally. By taking the advantages of broad channels of international relations established with the multi-lateral organizations, bilateral countries and other world-wide environmental institutions, FECO has developed a unique capacity for providing consultancy services in the field of technology transfer, policy introduction, performance monitoring and evaluation, etc.

In recent years, FECO has provided consultancy services mainly in the following areas:

• Assisting the enterprises in development of CDM projects;
• Organizing seminars and workshops for introducing internationally advanced environmental technologies;
• Providing monitoring and evaluation on the projects funded through international channels as well as by the investments of the government.
