1. Ministry Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China (MEP) on behalf of Chinese Government has received a certain amount of MLF grant through UNIDO, which is used for ODS refrigerants disposal equipment for Foreign Economic Cooperation Office (hereinafter called “FECO”) of Ministry Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China (MEP) is the domestic implement agency of this project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contracts for the Goods listed below, and the payment will be made by FECO through the special account of the project. China Green Enterprise Limited, as the tendering agent, invites eligible bidders to supply goods/service in the below table.

2. The Bidding document will be sold from November 7th ,2012 to December 18th ,2012 (except for the festival and holiday) Beijing Time 10:00am to 17:00 pm at Department of Tendering of China Green Enterprise Limited or sent to you by express or E-mail upon payment of nonrefundable fee of RMB800.00 or USD120.00, for one set of bidding document. RMB50.00 (for domestic company) or USD 45 (for overseas company) will be added for the postage, for those purchasing by express. The Procurement Agent will in no case be responsible for the loss of Bidding Documents purchased by express mail.
