1. The government of P.R. China has received a financing from
Fund of MLF of Montreal Protocol toward the cost of the Phasing out HCFC-141B in
PU Foam Sector under China HCFC phase out Project, and intends to apply part of
the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of High
Pressure Foaming Machines.
2. CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. entrusted by Qingdao CIMC Special
Reefer Co., Ltd.(QCsc), now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders

qualification requirements for any potential bidder：
In recent five years (2008-2012), the bidder must have a minimum production capacity
and supply experience of 100 sets of the total foaming machines per year.
The bidder should have successfully sold, installed and commissioned high-pressure
foaming machines in reefer section
industry in past 3 years(2010-2012), or have ever successfully sold high-pressure
Cyclopentane foaming machines with foam delivery capacity between range of 45 kg/min-
78kg/min and 180 kg/min - 300kg/min for reefer container product line in past 3
years (2010-2012).

3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding
procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods,
Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by
World Bank Borrowers (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible
bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs
1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from CNCCC International

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested
eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below
and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of USD 200 or CNY 1000. The method of payment
will be Telegraphic Transfer or Cash. The document will be sent by EMS or DHL.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 AM on March.17,
2014(Beijing Time). Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the
bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address
below on 10:00 AM on March.17, 2014(Beijing Time).
7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of no less than 2%
of the Bid Price.
