Summary:
Based on the current institutional structure of environmental management in China, this project provides policy recommendations on environmental management functions and system innovation within the latest development context. It explores the functions and system of environment management in the future. The goal of this project is to promote a scientific functional change of environment management and boost system innovation in China.
