15 chloride methanes producers initiated law-abiding operation commitments recently in an effort to protect the ozone layer, fulfill the obligations to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer and implement the requirements of the Regulation on Management of Ozone Depleting Substances: they will strictly abide by relevant national laws and regulations, operate lawfully with credibility and integrity, further strengthen management on carbon tetrachloride, accept the supervision of managing departments and the society.

Initiation of commitments of the 15 chloride methanes producers reflect the resolution of the industry to fulfill social responsibilities seriously, meet the requirements on ODS management consciously and devote collectively to the compliance of the Vienna Convention and the Montreal Protocol. These 15 enterprises will accept the supervision of relevant managing department and the society in their operation.
