Code of Ethics of FECO aims to provide support and guidance for appropriate behavior to FECO’s employees (regardless of their form of contract), and to enhance their ethical standards and professional conduct, so as to ensure the efficient business operations and the benefit of all employees of FECO. This policy includes ethical principles and guidance for conduct and implementation guideline.

All FECO employees, including its directors, officers, as well as its consultants, and independent experts, will be held accountable for adherence to the Code. Employees failing to adhere to the Code may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and may be subject to legal action.
