We are pleased to invite delegates in the field of climate change from developing countries to attend the Training Course Programs on Climate Change and Green & Low Carbon Development, in Beijing, China. The Training is hosted by Foreign Environmental Cooperation Center (FECO) of Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China. There are 3 sessions for this training programs. Session 1 is from October 22 to November 4, 2019; Session 2 is from October 29 to November 11, 2019; Session 3 is from November 19 to December 2, 2019.

This training is a part of the Green Silk Road Envoy Programme and the Belt and Road South-South Cooperation Initiative on Climate Change, aiming to share the experiences and practices for addressing climate change, enhance mutual understanding and support on climate change between China and developing countries, promote cooperation in policies, standards, and practical products, and improve the capacity in addressing climate change of developing countries, through a variety of capacity building training activities.

We will invite up to three (3) delegates from each country/organization (Director General and Director Levels are preferred) for each session. FECO will provide international economy class air-tickets and transfer fee, meals, accommodation and insurance during their participation in the training program. Visa fees and transportation fees incurred in the participants’ country should paid by the participants. Please return the completed registration form, scanned passport copy and a brief CV with photo of the participants no later than September 16, 2019. The trainee’s admission will based on the relevance of the training programs.
